Ganador de premios Grammy y Latin Grammy, Chediak fund\u00f3 el <strong>Festival de Cine de Miami<\/strong> y lo convirti\u00f3 en uno de los festivales de cine m\u00e1s exitosos del mundo. Tambi\u00e9n produjo <em>El Arte del Sabor<\/em>, que gan\u00f3 el <strong>Grammy y el Latin Grammy<\/strong>, as\u00ed como <em><strong>L\u00e1grimas Negras<\/strong><\/em>, junto a Fernando Trueba (ganador del Oscar). Ese lanzamiento vendi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de copias. Es adem\u00e1s coautor de las letras del tema de <em><strong>Chico &amp; Rita<\/strong><\/em>, nominada al Oscar 2012 como Mejor Pel\u00edcula Animada. Actualmente, Chediak se desempe\u00f1a como director de programaci\u00f3n en el <strong>Coral Gables Art Cinema<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento es copresentado por <strong>Biltmore Parc<\/strong> y <strong>U.S. Century Bank<\/strong> junto con <strong>ArtesMiam<\/strong>i, Inc. El reconocido escritor internacional Carlos Alberto Montaner y la presidenta de ArtesMiami, la <strong>Dra.
