“Herencia Hispana” features Maria Celeste Arraras, national news anchor in Telemundo as well as presenter of the national Telemundo program “Al Rojo Vivo.”  Julián Linares and Aida Levitan also interview Dr. Julio Avello, a former Cuban-American professor and entrepreneur.  Maria Celeste is Puerto Rican and Dr. Avello is Cuban-American.

Interview with former Congressman Lincoln Díaz-Balart, about his life, his famous family, why he left Congress and other asoects if his life.   Diaz-Balart now heads La Rosa Blanca, a non-profit group dedicated to the freedom of Cuba.

Aida Levitan and Julián Linares host “Herencia Hispana,” a radio program on WAQI-710 AM.  Aida explains the activities of ArtesMiami at the beginning of the program, especially with reference to the Perez Art Museum Miami.  Later they interview Willy Bermello, a prominent Cuban-American architect and urban developer based in Miami.

Heros, M.D. is a professor and co-chair of neurological surgery and residency program director at the University of Miami Medical School.  Ana Picaza is one of the pioneers of Miami Hispanic media, having created with Frank Soler a magazine called Miami Mensual in the 1970s.

Aida Levitan and Julián Linares interview Internet expert Juan José Núñez, a Spanish-American who is also the head of the Partido Popular de España Party in Miami. He is Founder and CEO of Vertical3 Media.

Aida Levitan interviews co-host Julián Linares about his life in Miami, his achievements and hopes for the future.  Later the program features Ileana Fuentes, director of the Cuban Museum, who discusses the latest news about the museum.
