ArtesMiami, City of Miami & U.S. Century Bank Donate during COVID19

Aida Levitan, Ph.D., President of ArtesMiami, announced that almost $20,000 in cash donations and $50,000 in emarketing and social media promotional services have been provided since August 2020 to date to cultural organizations and artists who have produced virtual performances for underserved communities within Miami. The ArtesMiami Relief Fund was created thanks to donations from President Aida Levitan, U.S. Century Bank and at the initiative of City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, with support from the City of Miami Commission. Grants and promotional services have been donated to groups such as Centro Mater, Art for Us, Pinceladas de Artes, Fundación Cuatrogatos, PAMM, Havana Fama, St. Hugh's Concert Series, Orchestra Miami and other groups as well as artists, writers, and theater driectors such as The Latin Divos, Cristina Rebull, Eddy Diaz-Sousa, Manuel Paneque, Niuver and others.
